PADI Open Water : level 1

Your license to dive: the PADI Open Water Course

PADI Open Water (PADI) takes place in Tulamben where the famous Liberty Wreck is .

This is one of the best dive sites around Bali, if not the best.

Perfect for your first bubbles, the Padi Open Water course is a three days training.

After completing the medical form and showing your ability to swim, you will have:

• 2 half days of Dive theory (watch videos + course by your instructor)
• validated by a written exam,
• 1 half day in the pool to safely practice all exercises.

Time to dive with the fishes of Bali!

4 practice dives spread over two half days at sea:

• 2 dives up to 12 meters
• 2 dives up to 18 meters

Your PADI Open Water certification is validated for life and recognized around the world.

If your time is limited, the PADI Scuba Diver (2 days / 1 night) may be the solution:
less theory, less exercises in the pool and 2 dives only (standard PADI = maximum 12m).

PADI Open Water in short :

• Minimum  age requirement of 10 and be able to swim
